Meet the Nursery Manager

Rosie Phipps

I am Rosie Phipps, the Manager of our Moseley Nursery. I joined Norfolk House in 2012 as an apprentice and was appointed Manager of our setting in Norfolk Road, Edgabston, in 2016. I throughly enjoyed my time at Norfolk Road, delivering the outstanding care and education for which Norfolk House is well known. Managing our Moseley nursery from its inception was an exciting challenge which I relished.

I oversee the day-to-day running of the whole nursery. I truly believe in the Norfolk House ethos that every child deserves the best possible start to their lives and I strive to implement the highest standards of care and education here in Moseley. I work closely alongside my management team to ensure that each child is treated as an individual in a safe and stimulating environment, so that they can develop to the very best of their ability. I have worked with hundreds of families and it has been an absolute pleasure building great partnerships with them. My staff and I look forward very much to welcoming you and your child to the latest addition to the Norfolk House family!
