The focus of today’s challenge is emotions:


1. Can you make your own calming sensory bottle using colours?

Using a water bottle adding paint glitter and water can you make a sensory bottle that makes you feel calm and relaxed?


2. Can you make your own feelings face mask maybe using a paper plate can you make your own face of how you may be feeling today. Can you use your faces to tell a story of have a puppet show?


3. Can you think of things that make you happy and make a feelings tree putting reasons on all the braches that make you happy?


4. Can you collect stones from your garden and use paint to decorate them maybe you could turn them into a pet and give them a name?

6. Can you play a game of “Simon Says” with this game you will ask your child to complete a face of a different emotion for example Simon says happy face.
