A word from the Headmistress

Welcome to Norfolk House School website where I am sure you will learn more about our school, its aims and successes. We are proud of our academic achievements and have a proven track record in guiding our pupils into the secondary schools of their choice. The children leave us confident in their abilities, being self-sufficient, independent thinkers and learners, who are considerate both to others and the wider community.

At Norfolk House School we also place a great deal of emphasis on pastoral care and we celebrate each child’s gifts and talents. The school ethos is grounded in academic excellence and individual attention, but there is also much to do at Norfolk House over and above academic studies. Our extra curriculum timetable is varied and offers a range of activities both during and after the school day. Outings are a frequent occurrence and they extend the curriculum beyond the classroom with trips to the theatre, concerts, places of interest and museums.
