When the parents accept the formal offer of a place (by signing the Registration Form and paying the registration fee), a contract arises between the parents and the school. Under that contract the parents are committed to pay the first term’s fees. Thereafter, a clear term’s notice of intention to withdraw a child must be given in writing to the Headmistress, or a term’s fees paid in lieu.
